Terms of Service
These terms are a binding agreement between you and [Company legal name, LLC] ("Quantis", "we", "us"), the operator of Quantis. By creating an account, starting a trial, paying for a plan or using Quantis, you agree to them, along with our , and . If you don't agree, don't use Quantis.
Please read section 15 carefully. It requires you to resolve most disputes with us through individual binding arbitration, not in court, and waives your right to a jury trial and to bring or join a class action. You can opt out within 30 days (section 15.6).
1. Who can use Quantis
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that's higher, and able to enter a binding contract. You may not use Quantis if you're barred from doing so under US law or if you're in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region under comprehensive US sanctions. You're responsible for keeping your login private and for everything done under your account. One person per account; accounts can't be shared, transferred or resold.
2. What Quantis is, and isn't
Quantis is software that lets you build, backtest and simulate trading strategies that you design, and turn them into code you can run on third-party platforms. It is an educational and analytical tool.
- Quantis is not a broker, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, exchange, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator or prop firm. We don't hold your money, open or manage accounts, place trades or execute orders for you.
- Nothing in Quantis is investment, trading, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any futures contract or other instrument. Everything we provide is general and impersonal, and not tailored to your finances, goals or risk tolerance.
- Templates, examples, the home page example bot, leaderboard entries and anything other users share are illustrations of how the software works. They are not recommendations and not trading signals.
- You alone decide whether, when and how to trade, and you're solely responsible for those decisions and their results. Talk to a licensed professional before trading if you need advice.
3. Hypothetical results
Every backtest, prop firm simulation, pass rate, payout estimate, leaderboard figure and bot Flex Card in Quantis is hypothetical. These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Also, because these trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under-or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to these being shown.
Our engine also makes simplifying assumptions, described in the footer and the , including next-bar fills, an assumed price path inside each bar, fixed slippage and commission, unadjusted contract rolls and gaps in historical data. Past performance, real or hypothetical, does not guarantee future results.
4. Automated trading and exported code
Quantis can generate Pine Script and alert messages that you may connect to third-party services (for example TradingView, PickMyTrade and your broker or prop firm platform) to send orders automatically. If you do:
- You're the one placing those orders. You choose to connect the code, set the size, turn it on and keep it running.
- Exported code is licensed to you only while your paid plan is active (see ). When your plan ends, you must stop running it and delete your copies.
- Exported code is provided as is. It may behave differently live than in a backtest because of data differences, platform settings, alert delays or failures, duplicate or missed orders, partial fills, connection outages, rejected orders, contract rolls or rule changes at your firm.
- You must test any code on a simulated account first, watch it while it runs, and keep the ability to step in manually. Don't leave automated trading unattended.
- We don't monitor your accounts or positions, and we can't stop, cancel or reverse an order for you.
- Choosing, paying for and setting up any connector, alert or broker service is your decision and your responsibility. We don't provide, operate or control those services.
- Many prop firms restrict or ban automated trading, or allow it only on some account types. You're responsible for confirming that your firm allows the way you trade before you use exported code. We're not responsible for failed evaluations, denied payouts or closed accounts caused by a firm's rules on automation.
5. Prop firm rules, market data and third-party services
Prop firm rules in Quantis are our summaries of public information, dated on each firm. Firms change their rules often, apply them at their own discretion, and their own terms always win. Our summaries may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Confirm every rule with your firm before you trade; a pass rate in Quantis is not a promise that you'll pass, get funded or get paid.
Historical market data may contain errors, gaps or delays. We don't guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
Quantis isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any prop firm, exchange, TradingView, PickMyTrade, Tradovate or any broker. Their names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Your use of their services is governed by their terms, and we're not responsible for their services, fees, decisions, outages or conduct.
6. Free trial, subscriptions and billing
Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period, and we charge the payment method on file the then-current price plus applicable taxes, until you cancel. You'll see the price, billing period and renewal terms before you confirm, and you agree to them when you check out.
Free first week. Monthly Pro and Elite plans include one free first week per person. Unless you cancel before the 7 days end, your plan converts to a paid monthly subscription and you're charged on day 8. We email you a reminder 2 days before the free week ends. Annual plans have no free week and are charged at sign-up.
Cancelling. You can cancel online at any time from your account settings, in about the same number of steps it took to sign up. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Other terms. Payments are processed by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to your plan, and you can cancel before it does. Promo and partner codes are one per account, can't be combined, have no cash value and can be withdrawn if misused. If a payment fails we may retry it and pause your plan until it's paid. Refunds are covered by our .
7. Acceptable use
Don't:
- copy, resell, sublicense, rent or share access to Quantis or any part of it;
- reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or bulk-download Quantis, its market data or its prop firm rule models, or use them to build a competing product or train a model;
- present any Quantis backtest, simulation, leaderboard entry or Flex Card as real, live or verified trading results, or use them to sell signals, courses, "funded account" services or investment products to others;
- use Quantis to give trading advice to others for pay, manage other people's money or trade other people's accounts;
- impersonate anyone, choose an offensive or misleading username, or post content that's unlawful, infringing, harassing or that contains other people's personal information;
- interfere with the security or operation of Quantis or other users, or use it for anything unlawful.
We may remove content, change usernames, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
8. Our property
Quantis, including its software, engine, simulator, prop firm rule models, data compilations, designs, text and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Your subscription gives you only the limited license in . If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without paying you.
9. Your content
You own the bots, notes, recaps and screenshots you create ("your content"). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process and display your content to run Quantis for you, and, for content you choose to share (such as leaderboard entries and your public profile), to show it to other users. We don't sell your content or use it in advertising. You're responsible for your content and promise you have the right to upload it.
10. Changes to Quantis
We're constantly improving Quantis. We may add, change or remove features, data, firms or limits. Features marked "soon" or "beta" may change or never ship, and you shouldn't buy a plan expecting them.
11. Ending your account
When a paid plan ends, your license to any code you exported from Quantis ends at the end of your last paid period, as described in .
You can close your account any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or fail to pay; where reasonable we'll tell you first. When an account ends, we delete your content as described in the , so export anything you want to keep first. Sections 3–5, 8, 9 (for content already shared), 12–16 and anything else that by its nature should survive, will survive.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
QUANTIS, ITS DATA, RESULTS, EXPORTED CODE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT QUANTIS WILL BE ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY STRATEGY WILL BE PROFITABLE OR PASS ANY EVALUATION.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS: (A) WE AND OUR OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND PARTNERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, FAILED OR BLOWN EVALUATIONS OR FUNDED ACCOUNTS, PROP FIRM OR BROKER FEES, MISSED PAYOUTS, LOST DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO QUANTIS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR US $100. These limits apply whatever the legal theory and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some places don't allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.
14. Indemnity
You'll defend, indemnify and hold harmless Quantis and its owners, employees and contractors from any claims, losses, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your trading, your use of exported code, your content, your use of third-party services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights.
15. Disputes: arbitration and class action waiver
15.1 Talk to us first. Before filing any claim, email quantishub2026@gmail.com with a description of the problem and what you want. We'll do the same. Both sides will try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days.
15.2 Arbitration. If we can't resolve it, any dispute arising from or relating to Quantis or these terms will be resolved by final, binding individual arbitration administered by [the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules], under the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitrator decides all questions, including whether a dispute must be arbitrated. Hearings may be by video or phone, or in your home county. We'll pay the filing fees above the amount you'd pay to file in court, unless the arbitrator finds your claim frivolous.
15.3 Exceptions. Either side may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either side may go to court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
15.4 No class actions or juries. You and we may bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or member of any class, collective or representative action. The arbitrator can't combine claims or award class-wide relief. YOU AND WE BOTH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
15.5 Time limit. Any claim must be started within one year after it arose, or it's permanently barred, where the law allows this.
15.6 Opting out. You can opt out of this section 15 by emailing quantishub2026@gmail.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms, with your name, account email and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.
15.7 If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court and the rest of section 15 still applies to everything else.
16. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], USA, and the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any claim that isn't arbitrated goes exclusively to the state or federal courts in [County, State], and both sides consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live that can't be waived.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Quantis after that means you accept the new terms; if you don't, cancel before they take effect. Changes to section 15 won't apply to disputes we already knew about.
18. General
These terms and the policies they refer to are the entire agreement between us about Quantis. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver. You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them in a merger, sale or reorganization. We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages at hosting, data or payment providers, exchange closures, or natural disasters. You agree to receive notices from us electronically. You must comply with US export control and sanctions laws.
